The article titled, “Taking Back the Table” by Zach Mortice, an architecture critic and journalist based in Chicago was published in the July 2021 issue of Landscape Architecture Magazine. I talked with Mortice over the phone late in the Spring of 2021 about the studio (lead by Knowlton School Associate Professor Forbes Lipschitz) which led to the creation of my project, “Wild Food Staples.”
